Productivity

Through enhance the productivity farmers can improve their livelihood and lifestyle. Presently I am producing banana 410 qtl./acre, tomato 450 qtl./acre, potato 180-200 qtl./acre and mentha 60 lit./acre which is optimum potential of the technology.

Always I feel pleasure to study about productivity enhancement methodology and disseminate the methodology to others. Major adopted crop cost benefit details are as follows :

Consultation

So far as consultation is concerned I always consult with my fellow farmers, scientists, officers and advanced farmers for the upliftment of my agriculture. Achieving their consult I experiment with them and adopt the fruitful result at my farm. Then I advise my colleagues and visiting farmers to adopt this after having proper discussion on all aspects. Adopting this pattern numerous farmers are presenting examples by upgrading their income two to four fold receiving consultation on different new techniques, new farm implements, new techniques of transplanting, repairing, digging, marketing, grading packing etc.

In addition to the visiting farmers our experiemented consult is provided through telephone, mobile, letters, magazines, newspapers, different channels of television and radio from time to time.

Employment Generation

Farmers and farm labours are engaged regularly @ 20-200 mandate/day in our crop rotation production model. In our village for these work 15-20 thousand mandates are engaged per year. Since 1995 total mandates are 1,79,000 is a solution of unemployment of rural youth.

To provide an employment our model is a boon in rural areas through agriculture we are engaged with these activity and it will be continue since 1995-96. Details are as follows :
